KUER News: Small Business Owners Gather at Salt Lake Chamber

From KUER News: A handful of small business owners gathered at the Salt Lake Chamber today, worried about the high price of health care and access to insurance.

Rocky Stone runs a local confections company in Salt Lake. He says health care providers and insurance companies need to be more flexible on who they insure and how much they charge.

According to the Kaiser Family Foundation, only 32 percent of Utah businesses with fewer than 50 employees provide health care for their employees.

Today's meeting was organized by a national health insurance association which is pushing for national health care reform.
