MarketWatch: Senator Outlines Health-Reform Proposal

From MarketWatch: A prominent Democratic senator released a much-anticipated framework for health-care reform Wednesday that would eventually go one step further than President-elect Barack Obama's health proposal in guaranteeing coverage for all Americans.

Max Baucus of Montana, who chairs the Senate Finance Committee, released an 89-page "Call to Action" that he said represents his vision for reform.
